Welcome to the website of the living history unit "The Diehards", 57th Regiment of Foot, one of the oldest and greatest regiments in the
history of the British Army.
We portray part of a British line infantry regiment of the Crimean War. Specifically, we portray one of the regimental central companies - 2nd Coy.
We will be working together on drill, and putting together the infantry's various kits in a historically correct manner.
Our unit was formed in 2009 in Ukraine with members from Ukraine, Russia and Belorussia and is an official part of UK based group "The Diehards".
